Membership is $99 per month. Medications, laboratory testing, imaging, and outside services are not included in membership fee. Discounted pricing may be available on select medcications, laboratory tests, and other services. In-person visits are scheduled according to clinical need and availability.

Medications, labs, imaging, and outside services are additional, with discounted pricing available in some cases.

Yes! Complete Care is a cash-pay membership program. You can maintain your existing health insurance while participating. We do not bill insurance for services included in your membership. Your insurance may still be used for covered services outside our practice, depending on your plan
